• To process orders and memberships, it is necessary to obtain your personal information, however, we will only ask the minimum information that we need to process the information.
• If you pay online using a credit card, the card details are not viewed by us  or any person except you during the transaction. The details are encrypted and passed directly to the bank.
• We do not retain any of your credit card details.

We collect the following information that you may be unaware of:

• the name of the domain from which you access the internet
• the date and time you access our site and
• the internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site.

Disclosures

We may disclose information that we hold to related companies within our corporate group for marketing purposes.

You may "opt-out" from direct marketing material. We may also ask for some personal details so that we can keep in touch with you and so that we can tell you about our other products and services that could be useful to you. Your credit card details are used for the transaction made in the online store, they are not stored or view by Flair Industries.  Only the banking institution has the complete details.

Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely. An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs then the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.
